What is Genesis?
It is counseling in a game format. By its nature, the Genesis game belongs to the category of transformational psychological games and is a coaching and counseling tool.
In terms of its effect, one game is comparable to several days of training to fulfill desires and solve life issues or 2-3 individual coaching sessions.
It is a board game that is designed to work with desires, motives, goals and achievable variants of the desired.

What happens
during the game?
During the game there is a deep exploration of one’s own desires at various levels. Participants study their attitudes towards what they want, identify blocking factors and potential resources for achieving them.
Awareness of habitual but outdated patterns of behavior and fears, as well as the ability to transform them, are important elements of the gameplay.
The key result of the game is not only an understanding of one’s own desires and resources for their implementation, but also the creation of an image of the final result, which opens the way to their fulfillment.
How's the game going?
Formation of a request
A dream, goal, desire, request is formed in the present tense, with an exploration of relevance, reality and importance to you.
Birth in the game - start the game on the field
To start the game directly, the game must be “born”. At this stage, players take turns voicing their requests and throwing a white die. The player’s task is to roll a 5 or 6 on the die. If a player throws the die three times and is not “born”, the request should be clarified or reformulated. In this way the true wants and needs of the game participants are revealed.
Traversing the playing field through four levels
Players take turns making moves by rolling dice. Moving across the field, they receive focus cards, perform actions in accordance with the task. During the game, they answer the questions of the host, interact with other participants. Moving through the levels in the game, the game participants record their insights, thoughts, certain actions, which in real life will help to get the desired result.
Summarizing the game
After passing all four levels, the participant tells how he/she lived the realization of his/her request during the game. What changed in relation to the desired result, what the participant paid special attention to, what cards were memorized. The participant takes the action plan drawn up in the course of the game to move towards his dream, towards the goal.
